Site blueprints for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Furthermore included in this latest document drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in red pen markings and contains a key labelling various sections of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring designs for dock shelters.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight release.
