This incident resulted in the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking area.

An additional two individuals are now in custody related to a theft at Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals were injured by a substance believed to be an irritant spray, according to police.

A man, 24, was taken into custody in Lambeth for suspected theft and assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. They both are still being held, the force said.

The arrests come after a probe into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the incident, two women had stolen from them their luggage upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A three-year-old girl was among the injured during the incident. Five people went to hospital for medical care and have since been released.

Police arrested a 31-year-old man for suspected theft and assault close to the location. He was subsequently released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Authorities were called at approximately 08:10 GMT following reports of several people injured by an irritating chemical thought to be an irritant spray.

The assault - which police said was isolated and not being treated as terrorism - resulted in train delays and the temporary shutdown of the main airport tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility for a short time.
